Raybin lives in Nashville, Tennessee where she works as an admissions recruiter for Watkins College of Art, Design & Film.

Raybin has been involved in several arts organizations and artist collectives in the Nashville community.

Beginning in 2005, Raybin has been a member of Off the Wall, a five-member artist exhibition group that self-produces shows. Group responsibilities include curatorial decisions, transforming alternative spaces, show setup, publicity, scouting locations, documentation, website building, and the selection of guest artists. Off the Wall actively exhibited through 2011.

In 2011 she worked with Ryan Hogan, another artist with an aesthetic that references biology. Their two-person exhibition "Suspension" featured entirely self-illuminating work.

From 2007 to 2009 Raybin served as President of Plate Tone Printshop, a Fine Art printmaking facility that provides members with access to specialized equipment and a network of other working artists. As President of the Board of Directors, Raybin facilitated group meetings for both the board and the general membership, helped coordinate a relocation, participated in the development of promotional materials and campaigns, chaired events to raise public awareness of the organization, and worked with fundraising.

Raybin was on the Board of Directors of the Secret Show Series, a curatorial organization that held art shows in alternative spaces. In 2005 the board operated 310 Chestnut St, a venue used for hosting art shows and community events.
